Whether you’re expecting your first child or you’re a pro, the birth experience comes with unknowns. At the risk of sounding cheesy: I want to help you navigate the journey. I love the continuity the mama-doula relationship provides. In preparation, we can talk out your hopes, fears, and plans. Then when the time comes, I can help you connect with the strength of your body and with the deep part of you that’s fully equipped to bring your baby into the world.
A bit about me: I live in Southeast Portland with my husband, our chickens, and our very big dog, Daisy. Most of our small yard is devoted to raised garden beds, where we grow a lot of our groceries. I love hiking, traveling, and the local food scene (and let’s be real – Netflix). I geek out on cooking, preserving, and nutrition research. I have learned so much in my Birthingway training, and I’ve felt honored to have supported several mamas before, during, and after their births – both here in Portland and across the river in Clark County. I look forward to getting to know how I might be able to support YOU in your email@example.com
