Christinia discovered her passion for birth work through her personal birthing experience with her two children. She realized the importance of agency through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
In addition to being a doula, she is a breastfeeding peer support counselor. She understands the importance of communicating personal needs, and to have them respected is critical to creating a positive birthing and postpartum experience. As a seeker of authenticity, she is dedicated to providing compassionate and non-judgmental support through each parent’s unique journey. As parents share their hopes, fears, culture, and experiences with her, she will provide personalized and holistic support that best fits their needs. Christinia’s goal is to help empower women to follow their intuition and access their personal strengths.
She relishes in the happiness and connectedness that motherhood brings and spends the majority of her time in mom circles, playgroups, and events for children. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, decorating her home, and collecting cookbooks.
